White Pearl Hospitality is looking for a pool bar attendant to provide customer-oriented service to the guests ensuring a memorable service experience and being responsible for the day-to-day tasks and customer service procedures.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and servicing
- Provide prompt and personalized services and exceed guests' expectations
- Promotes in-house and sister properties' services and products
- Make sure that all the pool bar operations run smoothly and are fully equipped
- Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
- Receive orders, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles and meals.
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, pool service area, and other tools & utensils.
- Transport supplies to the bar set-up pool bar area.
- Process payments, perform everyday invoicing, and closing cashier duties.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek
- Solid verbal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented personality, responsible.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to deal effectively with complaints in a professional way.
Experience in similar jobs is not a requirement. We provide training!
