Project Specialist Lead
Role purpose: We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Project Specialist Lead to nurture and grow direct sales, both alongside Industry Lead and individual lead generation. Project Specialist Lead will be a key player in our sales organization, by creating a trusting relationship with our top national and multinational customers and engage them in expanding Vodafone’s broad range of products in their employee’s community, with the ultimate purpose to maximize their brand and purpose.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Ability to develop inside business - specific growth and delivery plans for key products of focus, targeting both existing and prospective clients.
• Works alongside a rich ecosystem of people and partners in the areas of ICT, IoT, Presales.
• Performs strategic pitching, drives engagement and influence at executive level.
• Ensures Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and rest experience satisfaction metrics for assigned accounts are met.
• Execute outbound campaigns and activities.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Works alongside respective Industry Lead and co-manages the relationship with key customer stakeholders for in-life service.
• Supports in segment’s business development activities though inside-sales initiatives and/or field activations.
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Ensures growth and retention targets are achieved (revenue, churn, NPS).
• Solid direct sales background, with understanding or hands-on experience in customer support.
• Reporting and Analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including presentation & negotiation.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• University degree (Master’s degree will be an asset).
• Fluent knowledge of English language (oral & written).
• Driving licence.
• Computer literacy.
