Position Description
Position Title: Administrative Assistant/Local Staff
Working Hours: 09:00-17:00, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week (ability and willingness to work overtime when required)
Salary Scale: around 1,200-1,500 Euro (gross/monthly)
Job Description: Assistant and Receptionist for administrative and consular affairs, translation, research, dairy news summary etc
Qualifications/Requirements
Education: College (minimum), degree in politics, diplomacy, press, law or other social science are preferable
Language Skill: Greek and English (write, read and speak fluently)
Computer Skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
Ability of researching, letter-writing and translation (Greek-English) are preferable.
Have driving license to drive when required.
Competencies
Responsibility, cooperation, team spirit and ability to work under high pressure and limited time with multiple priorities.
