It has two balconies front and rear. Near to our flat there are:super markets,bus stations (with access to the centre of Athens in about twenty minutes), park, mountain (with tennis courts&football&basketball etc),coffee shops,taverns,summer cinema "Arkadia". It's on the first floor.
The campus of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the National Technical University of Athens campus is fifteen minutes drive from our place.
There are double beds in each room and we provide an extra bed in case of quests. The guest should be one at a time and not for more than one week. Information about the quests' policy will be provided upon your arrival by talking with the owner. We have a park nearby and a mountain. There are plenty cafes, bars and taverns at the nearby square and it's easy to access the center of Athens. By car is about 15 minutes, bus 20-25 minutes. We have many bus stations around the neighborhood and 3 of them take you to the center. One of those buses is a 24/7 trolley that connects many different areas around Athens and it's really helpfull after a night out. Our neighborhood is quiet and family friendly.
In Athens you can find all kinds of bars and clubs with different kinds of music, people and way of having fun. So whatever it is that you are keen on, surely you will find it here!
Types of transportation: taxi,radiotaxi, buses, trolley, tram, car. You will always find a parking spot around the neighborhood.
Friendly tip: download the taxibeat app for taxis in Athens (works like an uber app) and oasa app for buses and trolleys.
It is near the centre of Athens yet also very close to a mountain and the Highway. The feeling you have seeing our neighbourhood is not like living in the centre of any city because of the parks and trees surrounding us. There are two playgrounds nearby. It's a family friendly neighborhood, so please keep in mind of the communal silence hours!
Hours of communal silence: three to five pm and ten pm to seven am. There is a cord at the rear balcony so you can hang your clothes after using the washing machine and a movable one for the front balcony.
Please close all electrical appliances when leaving the house!
Into the apartment there are plenty of things that will help you with your stay, such us kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, boiler for tea, towels, blankets, pillows, bedings, washing machine etc.
This apartment has two bedrooms, one living room, one WC, one kitchen, one hall / dining room and a corridor inside it and two balconies front and rear.
WIFI password will be provided to you upon your arrival.
Smoking is not aloud inside the house! Pets and parties aren't allowed!
